The method of payment is by paypal. To purchase an item just send me a message like you have done, or email me at l.emsley19@gmail.com and explain what type of bunting you would like and we can discuss it from there. You can put your order in now and pay when I have made it and it’s ready for posting. Laura

This weekend I went to Lancaster for a reunion, it had been 7 months since we were all together since leaving uni. Anyway, I had a lovely time and it was pretty sad leaving today…..but on a brighter note am going again next weekend, can’t wait!!

Bookish Charm
I recently made some bunting for a friends birthday who, like me, is a huge Jane Austen fan. So I made the bunting out of the pages from her favourite book, Persuasion. I cut up pages from the book and embellished them with buttons and bows. I used a lovely pink ribbon to sew them onto. I also stitched along side of the edge of the flag, to give it more decoration.

Here is some bunting that i made for my friends 21st birthday last year. I used fabric from curtains, bedding and old clothes. I embellished the flags with buttons and bows to make the bunting more unique.
I have plenty more of this material, only £10 for 20 flags.
Long time no blog!!!!
Wow I haven’t been on here in ages but am back again and more ademant that I will actually update my blog. So whats new???? I finally have a full time job :) Happy times. I am now a Through the Gate Worker for Women in Prison, where we support women affected by the Criminal Justice System. I start in May. Am so excited but also pretty nervous. It’s a new venture that I can’t wait to take.
I’ve also just pulled a muscle in my shoulder so I won’t waffle on. But I promise I will blog more!!! xxx

Because I had a bad day…..
So am having a moody day. But surely am entitled to have my moody days right. According to my mother I am being horrible and nasty. Well….to be fair……am hardly shouting abuse at people and throwing plates, I just wish to not talk to anyone. And every one is just getting on my nerves today. Surely I should be allowed to have a down day????
I seriously think the time has come for me to really consider living somewhere else. I honestly don’t feel like I can’t survive in this house. Bedroom downstairs, single bed, tiny room= NO privacy and NEVER being able to bring a guy back. I feel by living at home, is stopping me from being me. My family honestly think am this moody and horrible person…..but when am with my friends am myself and not like I am at home at all. I personally don’t understand this. I think living at home stresses me out, stopping me from being who I truly am, instead am always annoyed and fed up.
I think I have reached the point where I can no longer cohabit with the gang. I need my own space. I need to be allowed to have a moody day. I need to be able to wash the dishes when am ready.
